Regional Asphalt Company Continues Pattern of Growth

Youngstown, Ohio – Arrow Asphalt continues its growth of its customer and staff roster with the hire of Mike Vivalo – National Accounts Manager. Arrow Asphalt, a Youngstown, OH based Asphalt Paving and Maintenance Company, has expanded its commercial customer base with work both inside and outside the Mahoning Valley. Their dynamic niche and growth has much to do with industrial and commercial paving, pavement maintenance/repairs (crack filling and patchwork) along with seal coating and line striping.

Mr. Vivalo started January 19, 2004 and his primary function will be account sales and to manage new local, regional and national accounts while keeping Arrow Asphalt’s vow of giving great customer service.

Mr. Vivalo is a graduate of Ohio State University and brings eighteen years of experience in account sales and customer service to Arrow Asphalt. He was affiliated most recently with an industrial company in Akron, OH where he launched a telesales department for future growth and prospecting opportunities. He spent thirteen years with another industrial related business in New Castle, PA with different responsibilities and capacities to grow their sales efforts with detailed service oriented techniques for customer loyalty.

Mr. Vivalo also took residence in Sandusky, OH for three years where he implemented and managed an inside telesales department for a business machines related company.
